- Variable extraction

U-004: Core Task Manager tests (pattern-based)
- Task creation and tracking patterns
- Task cancellation patterns
- Scope-based cancellation
- Task type filtering
- Pruning completed tasks
- Wait all tasks

Taskmgr tests use pattern-based approach to avoid circular import
in source code (taskmgr → app → http_controller → migration → taskmgr).
