Junyan Qin 6637b153f1 fix(i18n): add missing plugin page keys to all locale files

Add sidebar.pluginPages, sidebar.pluginPagesTooltip, pluginPages
section, and plugins.componentName.Page to es-ES, ja-JP, ru-RU,
th-TH, vi-VN, zh-Hant to fix CI i18n key check.
