* Add Russian docs site baseline * Add Russian localized codebase * Polish Russian code wording * Update ru code translation. * Update code translation and chapter covers. * Fix pythontutor extraction. * Add README and landing page. * placeholder of profiles * Use figures of English version * Remove chapter paperbook
