- Update coverage from 22% to 30%
- Add new test files to structure:
  - provider: session_manager, tool_manager
  - storage: s3storage
  - plugin: handler_actions
  - rag: file_storage
  - vector: vdb_filter_conversion
  - telemetry: rewritten tests
- Update module coverage percentages
