style(web): soften extension card shadow and hover effect

Browse Source 
Reduce the marketplace card box-shadow (4px/0.2 -> 2px/0.06) and the
hover shadow (8px/0.15 -> 5px/0.08, dark proportional) for a more
restrained, understated look.
