* Add seekdb configuration options

Added configuration options for seekdb in settings.

* Enhance seekdb config documentation in settings.md

Updated seekdb configuration with detailed comments in Chinese.

* Refactor seekdb settings in deployment documentation

Reformatted seekdb configuration for better clarity.
