docs(deploy): make k8s pages reference the manifest file directly

README_K8S.md was removed from the LangBot repo; the wiki is now the
single source for the Kubernetes deployment guide. Repoint references
from docker/README_K8S.md to docker/kubernetes.yaml and inline the
production-exposure note.
