The packaging job pinned langbot-plugin 0.7.18 while Core runs 0.7.19, so it
would validate archives with a CLI that no longer matches the SDK contracts the
plugins are shipped against. Follow the Core pin.

Context7 only re-indexes on its own popularity schedule, which is why the
existing /langbot-app/langbot-docs entry had already drifted before this
migration. Add the refresh call documented in Context7's GitHub Actions
integration so a docs change reaches the index on the same push.
The job is inert until a CONTEXT7_API_KEY secret exists, so it cannot fail
the build while the library registration is pending.

The migrated workflows required LANGBOT_WIKI_PUSH_TOKEN, which only exists in
the langbot-docs repository. The existing RELEASE_UPLOAD_GITHUB_TOKEN was
verified to authenticate as the owner with repo scope plus push/admin on
LangBot, langbot-docs, langbot-landing-page and the production fork, and it can
push the Wiki, so publication now falls back to it when the dedicated secret is
absent. Also retarget the cutover notes at the master branch.

LangBot's default branch is master, so the landing-submodule, wiki and blog
sync workflows would never have triggered and would have pushed to a
non-existent main. Also restore the wiki clone URL that was truncated in the
mirror copy of sync-github-wiki.yml.

Move the 27 internal design docs (87 tracked files) from docs/ to dev-docs/
to make room for the public documentation site, adjust Docker/fnOS ignores,
refresh the README/AGENTS/ARCHITECTURE references, and land the docs
workflows ahead of the subtree import so they cannot diverge from mirror.

Apply group response rules before busy-session steering. Initialize usable private-message and group-mention routes for new bots, including Wizard-created pipelines, and preserve member-configured rules across saves and retries.
Fix empty pipeline configuration, refresh the processor sidebar after automatic creation, and show creation feedback. Align routing regressions and use Node 24 for the browser CI job.
Correct the task's erroneous agent attribution while preserving every code tree and the original human contribution.

- Maintain counts and display snapshots in source transactions with replay-safe deduplication.
- Read session lists exclusively from summaries and remove execution-only filters.
- Automatically initialize historical summaries in bounded, resumable batches during OSS startup.
- Add behavioral contracts covering accounting, retention, query cost and PostgreSQL concurrency.
Verified with the required session_summary suite and real container upgrade startup.
* feat(packaging): add fnOS FPK packaging and CI workflow
Add packaging/fnos/ shell (manifest, lifecycle cmd scripts, install/
upgrade/uninstall wizards, desktop entry, EULA) plus in-repo build
script. A release now auto-builds langbot-<tag>-fnos.fpk via
.github/workflows/build-fnos-fpk.yaml, uploaded to the release assets.
* ci(fnos): skip release upload on manual dispatch
github.event.release.tag_name is empty when triggered via
workflow_dispatch, causing 'gh release upload' to fail with
'requires at least 2 arg(s)'. Restrict the step to release events.
* ci(fnos): normalize release asset name
Strip a trailing -fnos from the tag-derived version before appending
the suffix, avoiding langbot-<v>-fnos-fnos.fpk when the tag itself
already carries -fnos.
* ci(fnos): use release tag version for auto build, manifest for manual
Auto build (release/tag) reads version from tag like other release
workflows; build.sh strips the v prefix when injecting into manifest.
Manual dispatch falls back to the version maintained in manifest.
* feat(fnos): add post-install deployment notice to install wizard
Last wizard step now informs users that first startup takes about
5-10 minutes for dependency setup before the web UI is ready.
* docs(fnos): add packaging directory README
* refactor(fnos): rename app from ai.langbot to langbot
Rename appname, desktop entry, data share, build artifacts, and all
references from ai.langbot to langbot across packaging files.

Introduce an individual CLA (license-grant style, based on Apache ICLA
v2.2) with English as the authoritative text and a Chinese reference
translation. Contributors sign by replying to a bot comment on their
first PR; signatures are recorded in the langbot-app/cla repository
and cover all repositories in the organization.
- CLA.md: agreement text (grantee: Beijing Langbo Intelligent
Technology Co., Ltd.)
- .github/workflows/cla.yml: contributor-assistant action pinned to
v2.6.1, signatures stored remotely in langbot-app/cla
- CONTRIBUTING.md / PR template: bilingual CLA notice
